Understand how you rank against your competitors' associate programs. Do you pay more, better, faster? Do your products sell better? Once you're ready to launch your associate program in a big way, you might find an affiliate conference to attend and advertise there. There are also newsletters geared towards affiliates and discussion groups--all of whom would make good candidates to advertise your affiliate associate marketing program.
